Coordinating and overseeing of contracted maintenance services and checking and handling of documents concerning technical services for Juristic maintenance deliveries and services
Maintaining and cleaning the swimming pool daily
Maintaining fitness room equipment
Recording the common and private power and water meters monthly
Keeping a log of maintenance activity and the conditions of the engineering systems in the premises.
Twenty-four hours stand-by in cases of emergency.
